This is a lightweight nylon lined jacket with rib knit cuffs.  It has a "water resistant" micro fiber shell and has a stand-up collar and comes in sizes S-4XL.  

This jacket is oversized and many officials downsize one size and can still wear comfortably over a chest protector.
