• Monogrammed or lettered items

• Any item that has been used, worn, or washed (unless defective)

• Closeout items

Exchanges and refunds will be made within 30 days of purchase without charge. Return shipping charges for an exchange at your request will result in a $5.00 shipping charge. Prior authorization is required.

Return Postage:

• If an item is defective or a mistake was made in filling the order, we will refund your return postage up to $6.50.

• Returns shipped C.O.D. will not be accepted.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Instructions:

Carefully pack the item(s) in the same box, if possible. Items returned in poor condition due to poor packing may not be fully credited.

MAKE SURE TO ENCLOSE THE RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM ATTACHED TO A COPY OF YOUR INVOICE!

Defective Items:

• Prior approval must be received to return a defective item. No action will be taken until the item is received and inspected. Defective items will be promptly repaired or replaced as required.

• Shoes may be returned for a manufacturer’s defect only and only during the season in which they are purchased.

• SHOES MAY ONLY LAST FOR ONE SEASON!

• Once worn in a game they may NOT be returned.

• PROOF OF PURCHASE IS REQUIRED!
